Corporate social responsibility in Ukraine during the war and post-war periods

The necessity for corporate social responsibility, its activation in war and post-war times, business to maintain a balance between achieving economic efficiency complying with environmental problems, which is critically important factor of effective efficient activity are substantiated the article. global community identified principles responsibility UN Global Compact International Standards SA 8000 ISO 26000. Ten Principles Social Responsibility Compact, establish human rights, labor principles, anti-corruption were considered; requirements protection: child labor; forced protection; freedom association right conclude collective agreement; discrimination; disciplinary measures; working hours; salary; management systems Standard “Social Responsibility”; unified understanding detailed instructions all organizations 26000:2010 “Guidelines Responsibility”. It examines key ways company embraces includes four types responsibility: philanthropy, promoting volunteerism, ethical practices, change. was noted that by beginning 2022, more than 15,000 companies had published reports on according GRI standards. In Ukraine, non-financial reporting has been used Nibulon, Lifecell, Auchan Retail Metinvest, Obolon, SE “Antonov” others relatively long time. As result coronavirus epidemic, took over entire country, especially aggression Russia, difficult period stagnation Ukraine caused. At same time, course towards European integration remains unchanged. This actualizes issue bringing practices Ukrainian enterprises closer norms rules, as well strengthens need them report society implementation production programs, development various spheres activity, solution problems national revival.
